Complete the short issue screen and select Send secure enquiry. Cloudflare verifies the request, transmits it to br@nucleariqsolutions.ch and checks the resulting delivery status. This page updates automatically while it remains open. After Infomaniak's receiving mail server accepts the NIQS notification, a confirmation email is sent to your business email address. The enquiry text is not placed in the delivery-receipt store, and no file upload is used. If secure delivery is unavailable, you can still open an email draft or copy the summary.

The secure route sends the form content through Cloudflare to the NIQS mailbox hosted by Infomaniak. The page first reports acceptance and then checks for a mail-server delivery event. A final delivery confirmed status means Infomaniak's receiving mail server accepted the NIQS notification and the automatic confirmation email was sent or queued. It does not prove that the message was read or placed in a particular inbox folder. The email-draft fallback is processed by your chosen email provider after you press Send there. Do not attach or email technical files at this stage. See the privacy information.
