Privacy information
How website and enquiry data are handled.
The website origin and NIQS mailbox are hosted in Switzerland. Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy and security services, form protection and enquiry delivery. No advertising trackers are used.

Website use
The website can be read without creating an account. It does not include advertising trackers, embedded social-media feeds or public analytics scripts, and NIQS does not use it to create advertising profiles.
Hosting, delivery and technical data
The website origin and final NIQS mailbox are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Infomaniak states that it meets the requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) in its role as hosting provider and processor and stores hosted data in data centres located exclusively in Switzerland. NuclearIQ Solutions GmbH (LLC) remains responsible for its own processing as data controller. See Infomaniak's FADP information.
Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS, web proxy and security services for the public website. Cloudflare and Infomaniak may process technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, response status and security events to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare processing is not restricted to Switzerland and may involve international processing under Cloudflare's contractual and organisational safeguards. See Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.
According to Infomaniak's documentation, Apache access and error logs are retained for at least seven days and cannot be restored after the applicable retention period has expired. Infomaniak does not publish a fixed maximum in that documentation. NIQS does not maintain separate copies and does not use server logs for advertising or visitor profiling.
Cloudflare-protected issue screen
The issue screen requests your salutation, first name, surname, organisation, business email, a generic asset or system description, a brief non-sensitive issue and decision summary, an optional deadline or hold point, and confirmation of the information boundary. It accepts no attachments.
When you select Send enquiry, Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates security signals and a Cloudflare Worker validates the request. Cloudflare Email Sending then transmits a plain-text notification to the fixed NIQS destination br@nucleariqsolutions.ch. The supplied business email is used as the message's Reply-To address and, after delivery of the NIQS notification is confirmed, as the recipient of an automatic confirmation. It cannot select the sender or the NIQS notification recipient.
Cloudflare records a delivery event when Infomaniak's receiving mail server accepts the NIQS notification. Only after that owner-delivery event does the service send or queue the automatic confirmation. Mail-server acceptance does not prove that a person has read the notification or that it was placed in a particular inbox folder. The confirmation workflow is designed to send one message; an exceptional infrastructure retry after email acceptance can send a duplicate carrying the same NIQS reference.
The delivery-receipt workflow stores only the encrypted visitor email address, Cloudflare message identifiers, delivery and confirmation statuses, and the associated status timestamps in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for the European Union. It does not store the enquiry body, salutation, first name, surname, organisation, asset or system, issue summary, deadline, IP address or Turnstile token. The opaque browser receipt is transmitted in a same-origin request body rather than a URL, and Worker invocation logging is disabled. Email Sending lifecycle events for the dedicated sending domain pass briefly through a Cloudflare Queue and include delivery metadata such as sender and recipient addresses; the Worker ignores confirmation-message events after inspection. Cloudflare may retain separate operational, security and email-delivery metadata according to its service configuration and applicable terms.
Turnstile and abuse prevention
Turnstile is required for automatic form delivery and may process IP, browser, device and interaction signals needed to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. It is used for service security, not advertising. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy information. If Turnstile or the automatic route is unavailable, you can copy the summary or open it in your own email application instead.
Purpose and legal context
NIQS processes received enquiry information to answer your request, assess mandate fit, take requested steps before a possible contract, propose an appropriate next step, manage a resulting business relationship and protect the enquiry service from abuse. The minimal receipt record is processed only to correlate Cloudflare delivery events, show the browser delivery status and send the automatic confirmation email. Your selected email provider and the NIQS mailbox provider process messages sent through the fallback email route under their respective terms.
Retention
Terminal delivery-receipt records are deleted within 24 hours after a delivered, failed or expired status is recorded. A receipt that remains pending is retained for no longer than seven days and is then expired and deleted. The receipt store does not retain the enquiry text. NIQS retains received enquiry correspondence in its mailbox only for as long as reasonably needed to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship, establish or exercise legal claims and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Correspondence that does not lead to a mandate is periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer required. Contractual and accounting records may be subject to longer legal retention duties. Other technical and security metadata held by Infomaniak or Cloudflare follows the applicable provider service and retention settings; NIQS does not claim a fixed deletion period that those providers have not documented for the selected service.
Your choices and requests
You may use the copy or email-program fallback, write an email independently or contact NIQS by phone. You may ask NIQS for information about personal data associated with your enquiry or request correction or deletion where applicable. Contact contact@nucleariqsolutions.ch.
Controlled technical information
Privacy controls do not make the public form a suitable technical-data exchange. NIQS will agree a separate controlled route before accepting detailed plant files, drawings, calculations, inspection records or other protected evidence.
